The Texas Payroll Conference (TPC) 23rd Annual Conference, "The Pro Bowl of Payroll", will be held in Lubbock, Texas from Wednesday, September 19 through Saturday, September 22, 2012. Past TPC conferences have encompassed not only Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas, Fort Worth, Galveston, Houston and San Antonio meeting locations but drew attendees from the entire state of Texas and surrounding states. So TPC is headed to West Texas -- farther west than the conference has ever been in our history. We are truly THE Texas Payroll Conference!

The 23rd Annual Texas Payroll Conference (TPC), “The Pro Bowl of Payroll”, will be held in Lubbock, Texas from Wednesday, September 19 through Saturday, September 22, 2012. Past TPC conferences have been held not only in Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas, Fort Worth, Galveston, Houston and San Antonio locations and have drawn attendees from the entire state of Texas and surrounding states. So TPC is headed to West Texas -- farther west than the conference has ever been in our history. We are truly THE Texas Payroll Conference!
We are pleased to announce some special features which will make 2012 the greatest conference to-date for attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors alike.
- The Overton Hotel and Conference Center, located in downtown Lubbock, provides us with spacious meeting rooms, a Grand Ballroom for TPC’s General Sessions, and the Exhibit Hall for our exhibitor booths and events.
- We are offering 5 general sessions and 50 educational sessions equivalent to 21 RCH.
- Our featured keynote speaker is Drew Pearson, Former NFL Dallas Cowboys Wide Receiver; our legislative keynote speaker is Jim O'Connell; and our closing session keynote speaker is Billy Meyerkorth, CPP, APA's 2010 Payroll Man of the Year.
- We continue to bring our attendees quality educational workshops and speakers pertaining to the payroll, HR and AP professions.
- We continue to offer the best value for your RCH dollars.
- There has already been significant interest in sponsorships, following the lead of our 2012 Conference Sponsor, TimeLink. We will continue to offer very adaptable sponsorship packages based on our conference theme. If a specific sponsorship is already sold, our Exhibitor Committee will be glad to work with you on a specialized event or sponsorship package.
- The Lubbock venue also provides excellent space integrated into the heart of the conference center for exhibit booths. A number of booths have already been sold and we are expecting a season sell out, register NOW while booth space is available.
- TPC is the largest statewide payroll conference and our Exhibit Hall continues to attract the most exhibitors.
The Awards Celebration has become a popular annual event where we will announce our 2012 MVP’s (Most Valuable Payroll people) as well as the coveted MVP of the Pro Bowl of Payroll, the Texas Payroll Professional of the Year award. Our various social events will have you at the edge of your seat building to the infamous Friday night "Pro Bowl" party.
