CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have registered for the 2012 Conference in Lubbock and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute.
If you cannot send a substitute, NO REFUND IS GRANTED but a 50% credit of your 2012 Registration Fee may be issued for use at the 2013 Conference. A written cancellation notice MUST be received by TPC and postmarked no later than August 1, 2012.
No credit will be issued for the 2012 Conference after the August 1, 2012 deadline.
One Day Registration Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you have registered for the Thursday, One Day Registration at the 2012 Conference in Lubbock and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, NO REFUND IS GRANTED. No substitutions for the 2012 Texas Conference will be made after August 15, 2012.
ADMISSION POLICY
Admission to class sessions, meals, and the Exhibitor Hall will be strictly by badge. As such, children will not be admitted to any sessions or meals.
