VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Volunteers are our most important assets during the 3-1/2 day conference. Without volunteer assistance, it would be extremely difficult to cover all the areas and assist with all of the attendees’ needs.
Volunteers are needed throughout the conference. Depending on your arrival date, there are pre-conference and conference opportunities to volunteer.
Pre-Conference:
- Assist with decorations
- Assist with signage placement
- Attendee Registration Set-Up
- Attendee Packet distribution
Conference:
- Attend the Volunteer Orientation
- Assist with General Sessions
- Session Monitors
- Greeters
- Signage placement
Volunteers can also be asked to assist with any other duties necessary to prepare for the conference events.
