Be sure to bring layers, as the meeting rooms at the hotel can run cool.
The temperature outside for Lubbock during the time of conference will run from the mid-80s to the low 90s with slightly cooler temperatures for evening.
Conference Materials
TPC provides a conference bag to hold items, but you should bring paper, pens and business cards to pass out to those you meet and to exhibitors.
Print session handouts before you leave the office and bring them with you to the Conference. Copies will not be available on-site.
